All service starts with a basic bench fee of $75. While many repairs only take a few minutes to perform, there is a lot of time dedicated to opening the unit with care and properly diagnosing the problem. Included in that bench fee is a general testing and cleaning of the unit, which in some cases solves a lot of problems.
After that I charge a $75/hr rate, plus parts, on all repairs. Before any work is performed I will consult with you so there are no surprises.
- While I do work on a large variety of items, I am unable to work on modern SMD based boards or items that do not have a reliable schematic available.
- All payments will be cash or Zelle. No CC, checks, PayPal or Venmo accepted.
- Please keep in mind, good work takes time. If you need a quick turnaround for a show or other reason, please let me know and we can discuss the situation.
- All completed work must be picked up in 10 days. After that a $10/day storage charge will be added to the bill.
- All unpaid/unclaimed work becomes the property of Esker Audio after 45 days.
